Soba (そば or 蕎麦, "buckwheat") In Japan, soba noodles can be found in a variety of settings,[1] from "fast food" places to expensive specialty restaurants. Markets sell dried noodles[2] and men-tsuyu, or instant noodle broth, to make home preparation easy. There are a wide variety of dishes, both hot for winter and cold for summer, using these noodles.
Cooking Direction:
Take proper portion noodles and pour into boiled water for three minutes.
Take noodles out and drain it by cool water
Pour noodles into a bowl for ready use
Mix bonito flake soup, sesame paste, mirin and soy sauce into a container and stir into thick paste.
Cut fresh cucumber, nori, egg cake into strips and sprinkle on noodles
Spread the ready paste and stir noodles to uniformity.
